Dr. Joanne is becoming a grandmother and will be helping out with the new arrival. She will be out of the office from Monday, June 20 to Friday, July 8 (back to treating Monday, July 11).
Dr. Joanne has focused on family wellness since opening her solo practice in 1987. A graduate of the University of Guelph (1982) with an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree majoring in Biology, she subsequently graduated from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (1987). Her natural approach to health incorporates chiropractic care, nutrition and massage therapy.
Dr. Joanne’s life outside of the clinic includes 9 marathons (including 2 Boston Marathons) and approximately 300 road races (from 5km to 30km). In September 2017 she was 18/53 at the 2017 World Sprint Triathlon Championships (Netherlands) in the 55-59 age category. Additionally, Dr. Joanne has completed her inaugural 70.3 (Half Ironman) Triathlon July, 2019 placing 7/37 in the 55-59 age category.

Kim graduated from Sutherland Chan Massage School in 2006, Since then she has specialized in therapeutic massage technique. Working in multi disciplinary clinics for the first 4 years of her career has given Kim the opportunity to work and learn alongside various Chiropractors, Physiotherapist and Sports Medicine Doctors. Kassaundra Stefanac graduated from Trillium College from the Massage Therapy program in 2022 and registered with the CMTO in 2023. Kassy is passionate about health and wellness. She is dedicated to helping clients meet their goals. Kassy is able to offer relaxation and therapeutic massage. She has years of knowledge about the use of essential oils and how to use them safely and effectively. Kassy has also completed continued education in Symphony of the Cells. Jonah grew up in the mountains of the West Coast, has lived across Canada and the States, and settled in the Niagara region in 2010. He practices a variety of bodywork modalities — certified in massage therapy in Ontario, spa treatments in Vancouver, and structural integration in San Diego. He provides chair massage for GoodLife Workplace Wellness and various community events. His other work includes website design & hosting, and editing books on religious philosophy.
